Polo said she would come out if we went to Rats, so Rats it is for Day 4 Tuesday December 14th.

Yes again we find ourselves on a Monday night at JoJo’s. There was doubt that it would be a good choice with the Giants playing on Monday night, but upon arrival, there was plenty of space in the tavern. Of course there was no parking in their lot, so everyone parked at other local businesses. When I got there, Pat Werth, Scuggi, and Reese were there. I joined Reese at a table and quickly ordered a pie. Delicious as always. The Gmans and Emans families were there, with a special appearance by Cory. Pizza was the choice for everyone, everyone except the Emans. Tom refuses to even have JoJo’s pizza at his table when he is there. There was only one of the Corys there last night, giving Reese a point up on Cory M in the RoTY competition. There was the annual appearance by Dave U, who could have been the Mayor of Hamilton at one time with all the people that he knew at Jo Jo’s. Cole’s quest for “all 12” remains on pace. He an Russ split a pie at the bar. Rose is also maintaining perfect attendance this year.

The bar filled up and we were in the way all night. I think I may have danced with a woman going to the bathroom. At least she was dancing when I was in her way and really had to go.

I had a opportunity to talk to Laura when I noticed she had some left over pizza from her bar pie. When that was done, she headed home and I join a small group in conversation. Chatty said that everyone was going home. I come to find out that “everyone” was the women. All the old guys were staying. It was nice to see an appearance by Sandor. He joined us “Old RCA” guys.

It is time to venture out to some place new. We are going to class this party up a bit and go to Rats. Get there early and drink fast while the prices are good and before we get thrown out for talking to loud. Mulled Wine is only $3! Poutines for all my friends!
