On Day 10 I received my first WHHHHYYY call of the season, Reese is at the bar and wondering about a few things, (1) why does Chevy’s suck so badly (2) why are we not at the Tiger’s Tale (3) why is she drinking alone. Ans: 1) It just does, 2) Fear of an overcrowded bar and distance, 3) On my way… I am also informed that due to the Comite Secreto’s 11th hour meeting and subsequent change of venue, the revolution is in full swing and a coup d’etat is eminent, so those in the Comite Secreto had better watch their backs. Since I never acknowledge the existence of a Comite Secreto, I feign ignorance (which is not difficult for me).

When we arrive Kaden is there when we arrive, he walks up slams his beer down and says “I’m here, eff Goettle”. Mertz is discussing the unfairness of an individual not being able to receive a “phone in” point, especially since the rules say that it is possible. I fully encourage anyone not able to make it to attempt the phone in point, but the probability of that point sticking is low.

Can I just say “Chevy’s still sucks”? I had this Tex Mex Quesadilla that was greasy enough to oil and lube every car in the parking lot. But on the good side they have somehow remedied that sewage smell thing that use to fill the bar area and made eating your Seafood Chimmichonga (sp) an adventure that you would always remember.

Being at Chevy’s reminded us of the time CPL (who remains pointless in 2010 TDDoC), forcibly started Eman and Gman down a path of disrepute. You see, after a golfing on a warm summer evening, Eman, Gman and CPL decided to go to Chevy’s for Margarita’s to cool our parched appetites. We ordered a couple pitchers of Margaritas and then the bill came, CPL shocked and astonished at the tab and refused to pay it under any circumstances. Eman offered to pay the tab and proceeded to take his credit card out, and in a fit of rage, an obstinate CPL slapped the card from his hand. CPL practically grabbed us by our collars, forced us out of the bar sans payment of the bill.
